Ruffles and Rust is located in the heart of the Central Valley of California. Born into a large family of antique collectors/dealers I learned to love and appreciate the uniqueness, age, quality and beauty of these vintage treasures at a young age. When I hold a vintage piece in my hands I long to know the story of its journey as it traveled through time carrying with it all of its unspoken memories. It is my hope that the pieces you find in my shop will warm your heart as they have mine, and that they may find a special place in your home.
In addition to collecting vintage treasures I am also an artist and an art collector.
When purchasing a piece of art I will always try to learn its story and any information about the artist. All that I learn will be passed onto you, the buyer. As the timeless saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.
I sell mostly vintage/antique household decor. Please keep in mind the age of these items, and remember that each piece is rarely without imperfections. I promise to do my best in providing photos of any and all blemishes/flaws, and to include descriptions of blemishes/flaws in the details should they extend beyond evidence of expected use and age. Please expect minor evidence of use, and refer to photos to help judge the items condition. If you have any questions or would like additional photos please contact me as I am always happy to help.
*If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like it shipped directly to the recipient I will include free gift wrapping and a card signed in your name. You MUST contact me BEFORE purchase to make arrangements.
**Shipping insurance is always provided at no additional cost to the buyer on all items shipped from Ruffles and Rust.
