Who We Are
Kendra Frisbie is President of DECASO. She was named one of Gentry Magazine's "Extraordinary Women of 2017." Before joining DECASO, she spent 12 years at McGuire Furniture, focusing on marketing, merchandising, product development and more recently, running the business as General Manager. During her tenure at McGuire, she developed collaborations with noted designers such as Barbara Barry, Bill Sofield, Laura Kirar, Robert Kuo and Jonathan Browning. Previously, Kendra also worked as an interior designer and digital marketing professional, bringing both breadth and depth of experience to this newest role. Kendra attended Boston College, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Communications, and Minor in Marketing.
Gregg Brockway is Co-Founder of DECASO and CEO of parent company Chairish Inc. As a serial entrepreneur with an eye for strategic business investments, Gregg excels at translating good ideas into great products that grow into big companies. His nearly 30 years of experience includes co-founder roles at travel companies Hotwire and TripIt, President of luxury travel company Classic Vacations and CEO of the media and event company Maker Media. With a father who has been an antiquities dealer for over 35 years, Gregg has seen firsthand how much the design industry has changed. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and AB from Dartmouth College. He is a former member of the US Ski Team.
Eric Grosse is Co-Founder of DECASO and President of parent company Chairish, Inc. Eric has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience working with start-ups in the technology and digital space, positioning him to expertly build businesses that thrive in the marketplace. As Co-Founder and former President of Expedia, CEO of TaskRabbit and Co-Founder of Hotwire, where he worked alongside fellow DECASO Co-Founder Gregg Brockway, Eric has a proven track record of success with high-profile and high-performing companies. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and has a BA from Williams College.
Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Anna Brockway brings 25 years experience in the fashion and home industry in her role as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at DECASO and parent company Chairish, Inc. Prior to DECASO, Anna served as VP of Worldwide Marketing at Levi Strauss & Co., overseeing all global marketing and advertising initiatives for the iconic brand. She then embarked on her first start-up endeavor, Chairish, the go-to site for design lovers to buy and sell vintage furniture and décor. Today, Anna continues to serve as Chairish's Chief Marketing Officer in tandem with her position with DECASO. Anna graduated from Columbia University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Andy Denmark is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at DECASO and parent company Chairish Inc. He is responsible for ensuring that DECASO is a user-friendly, functional and scalable online platform for dealers, designers and other connoisseurs. With more than 26 years of experience in software development, Andy is well known in the Silicon Valley for his practical and elegant engineering and,thoughtful leadership. For almost 10 years, Andy has worked alongside DECASO Co-Founder, Gregg Brockway beginning with their venture as Co-Founders at TripIt. He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Noel Fahden, VP of Merchandising for DECASO, ensures the ongoing recruitment of the world's finest dealers and objects to the site. Formerly the Director of Merchandising at One Kings Lane, Noel brings deep experience in the antique space to DECASO and lends her expert eye to sourcing and merchandising everything that appears on-site. After studying art history at the University of Pennsylvania, she went on to complete her Master's at the Winterthur Program in Early American Material Culture where she focused on the Chinoiserie Revival and twentieth-century interiors. At DECASO, Noel's connoisseurship lens continues to shape her approach to design history, presentation, and story telling.
