I have been working full time as a printmaker for the last 25 years.
Printmaking, has turned out to be my medium, my binoculars on life around me and the big love of my life!
I run my own printmaking studio on a beautiful island , Møn, in the south of Denmark, where daily beachwalks and gorgeous nature, we are a Unesco biosphere, around me, is a constant source of inspiration for my mainly etchings with aquatint and linocuts.
I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to my style, I don't want to be stuck in a rut and love trying out new ways of of making prints, I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong task.
My prints are mainly about animals, nature, the small things in life, a good book I have read, and I try to lift my eyes every day and look around, take a minute to notice what is happening with the seasons and with my life, 5 minutes I would really recommend you try out.
