An eclectic and eccentric Los Angeles artist and collector of all things cool, Jenna James was born in Detroit, MI. She became infatuated with the city's rich history of architecture and art that peaked in the 1950's. Exposed to a heavy dose of the masters at The Detroit Institute of Arts leading up to todays current art movements, she was also heavily influenced by Detroit's Art Deco, English Country and French Provincial home and building designs. Her favorites in Detroit include buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and Albert Kahn, including many of Kahn's industrial buildings.
