Phyllis Morris

Phyllis Morris

Description

From her first lamp (which was modeled after her pet Poodle) to furniture produced right in L.A., Phyllis Morris always said "Let’s have a go at it"—Need we say we liked her style?

Following that initial poodle lamp in 1953, Phyllis Morris Furniture was born. With a Regency aesthetic that’s reminiscent of Dorothy Draper, Phyllis Morris Furniture has spent the past several decades dreaming up the kind of edgy-glam pieces you'd expect to find in Versailles if it were suddenly to relocate to Beverly Hills. A touch Rococo, a tad Chinoiserie, and a pinch indebted to that hard-edge 1970s Modern look, Phyllis Morris pieces are fun and flirty—and in case you’re wondering—pair splendidly with a bit of leopard.
