France and Son, founded, ironically, by a Brit and a Dane, is a sterling name in the world of Mid-Century Modern interiors! Began in 1948, the maker's first product was mattresses, but they soon moved on to the furniture production in the Danish Modern style, a design aesthetic for which they were on the forefront! During the company's career, the duo served up several Danish delights.
